We’re looking for a reliable, UK-based individual to join our growing guest communication team, supporting serviced accommodation properties across the UK.
What we’re looking for: • Strong English and excellent communication skills (written and spoken) • Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends • Willingness to learn and grow with us – we’re expanding quickly! • A positive attitude and problem-solving mindset • Experience in serviced accommodation or hospitality is a bonus, but not essential
Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for responding to guest messages, assisting with booking queries, and helping ensure a smooth experience for every guest. Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
