What We Need - Build a custom voice AI system for outbound calls, focusing on advanced naturalism by tweaking tone, pitch, and emotional expressiveness without relying on external tools like ElevenLabs. - Create a self-service dashboard to generate and manage AI agents at scale, integrating with our website for lead generation, appointment booking, and more. - Ensure the solution can handle high-volume outbound calls (e.g., 1,000 calls per minute) with low latency and natural-sounding interactions. - Develop a fully in-house system, avoiding third-party dependencies, tailored for industries like mining, healthcare, retail, construction, tourism, and tech.
