We are looking for an experienced UX specialist to perform a comprehensive usability and conversion test on our recently redesigned WordPress website, nvr.co.uk. Our goal is to ensure the site is user-friendly, fully optimized for conversions, and performs well across various browsers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct a thorough UX (User Experience) test to evaluate the usability and design flow of the website.
Perform conversion rate optimization (CRO) analysis to identify and implement improvements that will help drive better engagement and sales.
Test the website across multiple browsers to ensure cross-browser compatibility (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, etc.).
Troubleshoot any issues related to performance, usability, or errors that could be negatively impacting user experience.
Provide a detailed report with actionable insights and recommendations to improve UX and conversion rates.
Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience in UX/UI design, conversion rate optimization, and usability testing.
Strong expertise in WordPress, including troubleshooting and optimization.
Familiarity with cross-browser testing tools and techniques.
Ability to identify UX issues and suggest improvements to enhance the user journey and drive conversions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience.
