Need a FLUENT ENGLISH customer service calls agent who will speak on behalf of a new ticketing platform explaining the benefits and advantages of using this ticketing platform compared to other platforms.
You will work as a representative as a face for the ticketing platform, dealing with inbound leads and trying to encourage them to sign up to the platform and recommend as many people as possible to use it also.
You will work in the virtual credit shop helping to guide people to spend the credit they make by using the ticketing platform on goods and services linked to the credit shop and helping to ensure that people feel like they are getting good value for money.
As the role expands, you will be able to send out marketing emails to promotors already using the platform and reply to enquiries via the platforms chat service to ensure any non call related questions and queries are responded to with care and respect.
You will deal with customer complaints and feedback, trying to ensure that the platform works in a way that meets expectations and give feedback to the tech department to ensure that the functions of the platform can grow and expand over time to meet demand.
This is a LONG TERM role, perfect for someone looking to START with 10 hours per week, but rising as the platform grows.

The new ticketing platform should be providing technology and service standards better than all competitor platforms so people voluntarily choose to use our platform, in addition to providing valuable rewards via our credit system which you will need to learn and understand how to monitor as you work in the credit shop on behalf of platform users.
This role could grow into 40+ hours per week, perfect for someone looking for stable regular hours who has a great telephone manor and wants to have the freedom to work anywhere in the world.
Previous customer service experience is essential. I need someone confident, attentive, fun and genuinely interested in the product (the ticketing platform) to help the new platform grow and reach the heights we want it to globally in the coming months.

Hourly rate can be discussed based on suitable applicants experience and skill set. A base hourly rate will be provided with the opportunity to achieve commission depending on total number of ticket sales from clients via your account / hitting sales quotas. If you do not like targets and success rates, do not come to me!
