Description:	A website for a small warehouse to residential conversion development in Balham, UK it needs to act as a brochure, showcasing the property, its location, and the team behind it. The site should appeal to potential investors of future project by providing an engaging and informative digital experience. The design should be simple, design-led, with a focus on the images.
