I am looking to engage a new team member on a COMMERCIAL CONTRACT (they are not an employee), where they will provide commercial services for my businesses and I want to have a lawyer create a contract based around an already agreed upon skeleton agreement.
I will need you to speak to the other party and assist with small negotiations acting in the best interests of the business to ensure that the business is getting the best protection whilst also encouraging the individual to perform the commercial services which would provide value to the company.
