What I need: One external-facing report (clean, professional format) One internal report (slightly more detailed, informal) One internal report on the book All three in Word or PDF, supported by Excel documentation
What I will provide: A working Excel file All receipts (PDFs and photos) Notes and structure of expenses A brief written or recorded explanation of the project scope
You should be able to: Reconcile expenses with budget categories Self-funding documentation A report on working hours An internal overview connecting the project to a book Make sure the posts are aligned with the udget Organize and check receipts Apply correct exchange rates (DKK, INR, NOK) with source reference Present the final report visually and clearly
Timeline: First draft by April 3 Final version by June 10 I'm happy to split payment 50-50 between the first and final deliverables
