ob Description: I am looking for an experienced Tidio & WhatsApp Integration Specialist to troubleshoot and properly set up Tidio on my WordPress website (PlanABuild.co.uk). I am experiencing issues with the WhatsApp integration, receiving the error message:
“Your WhatsApp integration is active, but some accounts might be disconnected. Please try to reconnect.”
Scope of Work: Fix WhatsApp Integration:
Diagnose the cause of the error and reconnect my WhatsApp account properly with Tidio.
Ensure messages from my website’s WhatsApp button are routed correctly to Tidio.
Setup Tidio AI & Integrations:
Properly configure Tidio AI to handle incoming WhatsApp messages.
Test the WhatsApp integration to ensure messages appear on the Tidio dashboard.
Set up automated messages, chatbots, and conversation flows related to Planning & Design inquiries.
Screen Share Setup & Testing (MANDATORY):
I want this entire process completed via screen sharing (Zoom, Google Meet, or any preferred tool) so I can learn the setup process and confirm the integration is successful.
Provide guidance on setting up future automations and conversation flows.
Requirements: Proven experience with Tidio and WhatsApp Business integration.
Familiarity with WordPress sites and plugins.
Ability to explain the process clearly and troubleshoot in real-time.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency with screen sharing tools.
Deliverables: Fully functional Tidio & WhatsApp integration with no error messages.
Successful connection of the WhatsApp button on my website to the Tidio dashboard.
Properly configured chatbot messages and flows for Planning & Design services.
Documentation of the process or a brief guide for future adjustments.
