Dear Video AI Processors,
I need to upscale one video, 11 minutes 16 seconds in length, from 1080p (1920 x 1080) to 4K (3840 x 2160).
I would like the audio to be same as the original, 48Khz, 320 kbps, AAC. In other words a copy of the original.
I would like the video data rate in the range 120 Mbit/s to 140 mBit/s.
Frame rate: 25 fps
Codec: H.264
File type: MP4
I have upscaled the video with Topaz Video AI before, in order to increase sharpness, I set the detail slider at 48, and attained the above settings.
I would require confirming what software you would use in order to upscale the video, aiming for sharpness, and the original audio.
