We’re looking for someone to build an AI email assistant agent for our company using a no-code platform. This is our project, and we will own all the rights to it—full stop. The agent will help users manage their emails by sorting, replying, and even drafting emails with voice commands. We don’t want a custom-coded solution, so you’ll be using a no-code tool like SmythOS or Dify to put this together. We’re after someone who can get this done quickly and efficiently without overcomplicating things, and we need it finished within a week.
What the Agent Needs to Do:
Connect to Gmail and Outlook to manage emails in real-time. Sort emails into categories (like “Inquiries” or “Tasks”), label them for organisation, and flag urgent ones (like emails with “urgent” in them). Check the tone of incoming emails (e.g., formal, casual) and reply in a matching tone. If there’s no history, use a semi-formal tone (e.g., “Dear [Name], Thanks for your email…”). Draft email replies for the user to approve, or auto-reply to simple emails (e.g., “I’ll get back to you soon”). Be ready for future connection to an online platform, so it can pull data (like user info) into emails later on. Let users draft and send emails with voice commands (e.g., “Draft an email to [Name] about [Topic],” then read it back and send it after they say yes). Learn the user’s tone over time by watching how they reply to emails. What We Need From You:
Build the agent using a no-code platform like SmythOS or Dify—no custom coding needed. Make sure it’s secure and uses proper connections to Gmail and Outlook. Set up a simple dashboard where users can review emails, approve replies, and tweak settings. Get it done within a week—we’re on a tight schedule, so you need to be ready to start straight away. Give us regular updates to make sure we’re on track. Ownership and What You’ll Deliver:
We own the agent completely, including all rights and deliverables. You’ll need to sign an agreement saying the IP is ours. You’ll deliver the fully working agent, a quick guide on how to use it, and any setup instructions. Who We’re Looking For:
