Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to help us level up our content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using AI-powered tools and great storytelling.
The Role We need a proactive, skilled Marketing Assistant who understands digital marketing and knows how to leverage AI for smarter, faster content creation. You’ll work directly with the founder (that’s me!) to produce high-quality, engaging content that builds our brand, connects with business owners, and drives inquiries.
Key Responsibilities ✔️ Use AI tools like Opus AI, Castmagic, ChatGPT, and others to create and optimise content. ✔️ Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. ✔️ Assist in creating short-form videos and compelling written content (captions, hooks, CTAs). ✔️ Ensure brand consistency and high-quality output across all platforms. ✔️ Monitor analytics and suggest data-driven improvements. ✔️ Research industry trends (business, insolvency, debt advice) and bring fresh content ideas. ✔️ Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, YouTube videos) into bite-sized social media content. ✔️ Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
