I’m currently working on a custom-built red light therapy system and am looking for expert assistance in optimizing the configuration of myRed Light LED lamps. I want to ensure the setup delivers safe, effective and targeted dosages of Red Light 660nm and 830nm light for applications such as skin health, inflammation reduction, , joint and muscle recovery.
Here’s a quick overview of the project: • Using SMD2835 diodes, 0.5W each or 1 watt depending on factors • Beam angle: 120° • Distance from the body: 6–8 inches, another area2-3 inches on another. • Goal: Maximize energy delivery (J/cm²) within 15–20 minute sessions • Power is fixed, so optimization is focused on diode density, spacing, angles, and duration More data is available like available power options, etc to get the right configuration.
I’d love to work with someone who can help calculate the optimal diode arrangement, dosage, and layout, and provide clear guidance backed by photobiomodulation research or engineering expertise.
I am working on a t-12 tube light approx 6 feet long, that will replace tanning bed lamps with red light lamps. I have the unit bed specs and what I can work with lamp power from some manufacturers. So I need calculations if this makes sense. |
