Here’s a quick overview of the project: • Using SMD2835 diodes, 0.5W each or 1 watt depending on factors • Beam angle: 120° • Distance from the body: 6–8 inches, another area2-3 inches on another. • Goal: Maximize energy delivery (J/cm²) within 15–20 minute sessions • Power is fixed, so optimization is focused on diode density, spacing, angles, and duration More data is available like available power options, etc to get the right configuration.

I am working on a t-12 tube light approx 6 feet long, that will replace tanning bed lamps with red light lamps. I have the unit bed specs and what I can work with lamp power from some manufacturers. So I need calculations if this makes sense.
