We’re Hiring: A Marketing Powerhouse to Scale our business Smart Charts. We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Manager (aka PPC Genius & Growth Hacker) to supercharge our SmartCharts and Learn to Trade funnels. We need someone hands-on, data-obsessed, and hungry to turn our $7 funnel for SmartCharts and high-ticket education offers for Learn to Trade into scalable, money-making machines. What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Being a Marketing Rockstar): Own and optimise our paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, and YouTube—ensuring every pound spent drives leads and sales. Test, tweak, and optimise like a mad scientist—A/B testing everything from ad creatives to landing page designs. Scale, scale, scale—we’re talking direct-response marketing that turns ad spend into predictable monthly revenue growth. Think beyond just ads—help shape funnels, retargeting strategies, and CRO to maximise every lead. Track, report, and refine—we want someone who loves data, understands attribution, and can prove what’s working. Stay ahead of platform changes—because Meta, Google, and TikTok love shifting the goalposts. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of paid ads experience (Google & Facebook are a must, YouTube & TikTok a bonus). Data-driven mindset—if you hate numbers, this isn’t for you. Experience with Hyros, and Power BI a must. Strong ad copywriting skills—you know how to craft scroll-stopping headlines and killer CTAs. Budget management expertise—you know how to scale without blowing the bank. Experience with direct-response marketing & conversion funnels—this isn’t about “brand awareness”; it’s about sales.
