Our goal is to explore VAT obligations for services provided to overseas clients and consider strategic financial structuring to optimise our tax position without passing on costs to our clients, potentially hindering their access to essential services.
Scope of Work: Explore and advise on legally sound, creative solutions for restructuring or setting up our business in another territory to mitigate VAT liabilities. Offer strategic guidance on maintaining compliance with UK tax laws while operating internationally.
