We’re a growing medical tourism agency connecting qualified patients from the UK with trusted plastic surgeons and clinics, mainly in Turkey.
We're looking for a fluent Turkish and English-speaking Client Manager / Sales Specialist who can:
Take discovery calls with interested surgeons and clinic owners Explain our service, build trust, and onboard partners After onboarding, act as their main point of contact—answering questions, guiding them, and ensuring a smooth experience Build strong relationships that lead to long-term success
This is a part-time remote role with low volume to start (we’re still a startup). You’ll be paid $20 per meeting, $15/hr for client support, and earn commission of $800–$2200 per upgraded client, with 5% recurring monthly commission as long as the partner stays active.
