Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are putting a team together to start a brand new YouTube channel, focused on car reviews and motor racing.
As the project will be negative cashflow for the first few months, we are looking to keep costs under control by hiring internationally in a country where costs are much less than in the US and Europe.
Our target video times are 16 - 20 minutes per video (although this may vary video to video) and we intend to upload twice per week for the first 3 months, so 12 - 14 videos.
We are looking to pay ~$25 per edited video.
If the channel is successful then we will look to retain you and increase the cost per video as the channel starts to make revenue.
We are looking for a SPECIAL Video Editor who has extreme attention to detail and takes great pride in their work.
We are not looking for someone with a "that is good enough" attitude.
We need the final edit first time ideally rather than entering a never ending back and forth to fix details.
Quality and Speed are of the essence.
