This ongoing role requires diagnosing and fixing any defects or crashes reported by our clients. You will work closely with our product team to quickly resolve high priority issues via debugging, testing, and deploying fixes. Looking ahead, your skills will help optimize application workflows, improve features, and incorporate new functionality to meet evolving user needs.
Strong documentation and communication skills are essential to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
