Expected duration: 1 day or less A UK small limited company owning and renting one flat, requires assistance preparing its annual statutory financial statements and tax return to be filed with HRMC and Companies House in the United Kingdom. As the sole director and proprietor, I seek an experienced accountant to complete the routine bookkeeping and statutory reporting for the entity . All financial transactions are recorded through a single bank account integrated with Freeagent. The work primarily involves appropriately categorising transactions, applying journal entries and generating accounting reports from the financial data available within the platform. Previous accountants have efficiently undertaken this work remotely each year utilizing freeagent. A knowledgeable bookkeeper or accountant well-versed in UK financial regulatory requirements and already using Freeagent would be well-suited to carry out this annual accounting and tax preparation work for the basic company operation. Experience working with Freeagent software, independently, and in filing CT600 returns is required. This post is aimed mainly at individual professionals based in developing countries, like India, Bangladesh, Kenia, Pakistan. The financial year ends 31st March, so the work will be from mid April and should not take more than two half days.
