Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We are looking for a creative multimedia enthusiast with experience in PowerPoint, animations, and simple video editing to create digital backdrops for a high school play. The task requires carefully reading the script to understand where to place each slide, video and sound ensuring the backscreen dynamics align with the scenes. I am also open to creative suggestions for hashtags, comments, and additional digital elements that enhance the play’s impact. On the ACT I&II script document attached is the script and on the highlighted blue parts mentions what is to be displayed on the slides and what sounds to put. The other document is the video to be attached.
Scope of Work: Carefully read the script to understand the scene flow and backdrop requirements. Create PowerPoint slides with visuals and animations that enhance key moments. Design and integrate short video sequences where necessary (e.g., social media notifications, messages appearing on-screen). Add sound effects (such as "ping" notifications) for a realistic digital atmosphere. Ensure seamless transitions between slides and videos in alignment with scene changes. Provide clear cue sheet instructions for the technical team on when to trigger slides and effects. Bring creative input to suggest additional hashtags, social media comments, and on-screen interactions that enhance audience engagement.
Ideal Candidate: Skilled in PowerPoint, simple video editing, and basic animation. Has an eye for theater staging and visual storytelling. Can work efficiently and independently within the given timeframe. Bonus if you have experience with theater productions or interactive presentations. Deadline: 7-10 days from hiring.
