We are looking for a highly skilled 3D modeling and visualization expert with experience in interior design, commercial holiday decor, and AI-powered design tools. Our focus is on creating gorgeous living spaces and breathtaking holiday-themed commercial environments, and we want to take this to the next level with advanced 3D visualization and AI-driven design tools.
Key Responsibilities: Develop photorealistic 3D models for interior spaces and commercial holiday designs. Create virtual walkthroughs and immersive visualizations to help clients experience their transformed spaces before physical execution. Use AI-powered tools to generate design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and furniture layouts based on client preferences. Incorporate custom ornaments, lighting setups, and festive decor into detailed 3D renderings. Ensure high accuracy in scaling, textures, and material application for a realistic look and feel. Work closely with designers to refine and enhance concepts based on client feedback. Required Skills & Experience: ✔ Proven experience in 3D modeling and visualization for interior or event-based designs. ✔ Expertise in Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or other 3D rendering software. ✔ Knowledge of AI-powered design tools for automated concept generation. ✔ Strong skills in lighting, texturing, and material rendering to achieve photorealistic results. ✔ Ability to create interactive 3D walkthroughs and VR-compatible visualizations. ✔ Familiarity with interior design trends and holiday-themed commercial setups. ✔ Experience working with architects, designers, and event planners is a plus.
Project Duration & Engagement: This is a contract-based opportunity with the potential for long-term collaboration. Work can be remote, but availability for scheduled meetings and revisions is required.
