Hello, I've worked previously with another 3D designer but he's moved on to full-time work so I'm looking for someone else to assist me.
The PDF attached is a job we did previously. We are now creating another room with the same style but in a different location. As it's in a different location, this will require some moving around of some pieces of decor but I will be able to direct you on this.
- We would require the same level of standard of renders in the attached PDF which, Im not 100% sure, but could have been done in Twin motion.
- There is also some floor plan pages (like in the PDF) that I would need assistance on too.
- We have a sketchup file but will need some help with tweaks .
I would require to see some of your previous work to proceed and I am happy to create the presentation PDF if you can just provide render imagery and floor plans. It would very beneficial if you can start asap on this project. No time wasters please - to set expectations - if you can't produce this level of renders, please don't proceed with applying.
