We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable **Eviction Paperwork Reviewer** to join our eviction support service team. The primary responsibility of this role is to meticulously review drafted eviction paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards. The reviewer will identify any errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and provide necessary feedback to the team for corrections. All case files are managed through **HubSpot CRM**, which the reviewer will access to conduct their evaluations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Review drafted eviction paperwork for accuracy and legal compliance. - Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential legal issues. - Provide clear and concise feedback to the team regarding necessary corrections. - Utilize **HubSpot CRM** to access and review case files efficiently. - Stay up to date with relevant landlord-tenant laws and eviction procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely case progression. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
**Requirements:**
- Experience in **eviction processes, property management, paralegal work, or real estate law** preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in legal documents. - Familiarity with **HubSpot CRM** or willingness to learn. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of landlord-tenant laws is a plus.
