We are seeking an experienced freelancer to support our marketing and sales efforts through content scheduling, campaign coordination, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Lead Coordination • Research and compile lists of potential clients and business contacts • Assist in organising and structuring outreach campaigns • Track and report on campaign performance
Content Assistance & Scheduling • Support the preparation of marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and updates • Assist in creating and formatting visuals for marketing materials • Schedule and coordinate content distribution across various channels
CRM & Communication Management • Help organise and maintain contact lists within our internal CRM system • Support email marketing campaigns by preparing content and scheduling messages • Ensure marketing materials are properly structured and sent to the right audiences
Time Commitment: Estimated 3-4 days per month (recurring tasks).
