Objective: We are looking for a freelancer to help us create a structured, easy-to-use platform using readily available tools to support our business objectives. The platform should enable goal-setting, task allocation, and tracking over a three-year period while remaining highly visual and collaborative. Background: Our business model is inspired by frameworks like The Orbit or Scale at Speed, focusing on five key areas: 1. Corporate & Financial 2. People 3. Customers & Our Products 4. Sales & Marketing * (e.g., subdivided into Outbound Activity, Inbound Activity, etc.) 5. Key Martin & Nicky Goals Each of these areas will be further divided into subcategories and actionable tasks. For example, Sales & Marketing → Inbound Activity → Setting up Paid Ads → Creating Creative Assets. Platform Requirements: * Collaborative & Task-Based: The platform should allow task allocation between two primary users (Martin & Nicky) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, with a clear link to overarching business goals. * User-Friendly & Visual: We prefer a tool that is intuitive, visually structured, and easy to navigate. * Tool Compatibility: * We are familiar with Trello and use Microsoft 365. * We have lightly explored Notion but are not highly experienced with it. * Open to recommendations on the best platform for our needs. Deliverables: * Set up the chosen platform with a structured framework aligning with our five key business areas. * Create templates for task allocation, tracking, and progress updates. * Provide guidance or a brief tutorial on how to effectively use the system. Ideal Freelancer: * Experience setting up Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or other project management tools. * Ability to create structured templates with a business strategy in mind. * Strong understanding of goal tracking and task management best practices.
