We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D renderer and graphic designer to create high-quality 3D renders and an engaging marketing brochure to market our residential properties that are currently in build. Our goal is to showcase the property in its best light to attract potential buyers and facilitate a quick and successful sale.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed and accurate 3D renders of the interior and exterior of the property. Design a visually appealing marketing brochure that includes the 3D renders, property details, and key selling points. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure the brochure meets the company's branding and marketing standards. Deliver high-resolution files suitable for both print and digital distribution. Requirements:
Proven experience in 3D rendering and graphic design, specifically in real estate or architecture. Strong portfolio showcasing previous work on similar projects. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work to tight deadlines and provide revisions based on feedback.
Deliverables: High-quality 3D renders of the property (both interior and exterior). A comprehensive marketing brochure incorporating the renders and property information, ready for print and digital use.
I have included some sample renders, however, we want you to create the new renders to look as close to a real life image as possible.
