Job Description: We are looking for a reliable virtual assistant to handle simple Xero transaction reconciliations for our business. This is an easy task that requires just 30 minutes per day, Monday to Friday.
✅ Total workload: 10 hours per month (2.5 hours per week) ✅ Fixed monthly budget: £20 (equivalent to £2 per hour) ✅ No advanced bookkeeping skills required – basic admin experience is enough.
What You’ll Do: Check daily transactions in Xero. Match payments with invoices/receipts (provided in Google Drive). Mark payments as ‘paid’ in our system. Inform our team of any missing receipts. Simple cross-referencing using our admin dashboard.
Who Can Apply? No prior Xero experience needed (we’ll provide basic guidance). Good attention to detail and basic admin/data entry skills. Must be able to communicate in English (for simple reporting).
Payment & Work Hours: Fixed Price: £20 per month (10 hours total) Breakdown: 30 minutes per day (Monday–Friday), approx. 2.5 hours per week Best suited for freelancers in the Philippines, Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Kenya, or Nigeria.
