Telephonist for Initial Customer Outreach Regarding Energy Solutions for Historic Buildings
This project seeks a fluent English-speaking telephonist based in the United Kingdom to conduct initial outbound calls to potential clients concerning energy efficiency solutions tailored for older properties. The primary objective is to successfully contact clients on a provided list and assess the effectiveness of the introductory dialogue.
The scope of work involves making approximately ten initial contact calls following a prepared script utilizing the Bitrix24 call management platform. Customer data will be handled with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
The calls aim to introduce energy auditing and retrofitting services designed for historic buildings seeking to cut costs or reduce carbon footprints. Feedback will be collected on various aspects of the initial client experience such as call quality, script relevance and clarity of value proposition.
Based on outcomes, future project components may involve conducting additional introductory calls or transitioning qualifying leads to an energy consultant for follow up discussions. Fluency in spoken English is essential as all calls will be conducted in English using North American terminology.
This role requires effective telephony skills, professional telephone etiquette and the ability to represent the client company in a polite, solution-focused manner while protecting sensitive customer information.
