Expected duration: 1 - 6 months I run a small design agency and we need a new fresh and functional website. We're just too swamped with client work to get it done ourselves, and also there's a lot of internal debates/indecisiveness amongst the team.
We need an experienced designer/developer to take over, and deliver something that reflects who we are as a studio - because we have been stuck on this thing for years now.

Regardless of the look, it needs some SEO work and it is very slow to load. Site feels bloated.
While some elements are going to stay the same, we're looking at a totally fresh design and for it to be built from the ground up. We need someone who is able to both design the site, and develop it. WordPress is fine, and likely the most popular option here anyway. Having been messed around by a developer already, our budget isn't as large as it was but can be stretched for the right freelancer.
