I am seeking a talented and experienced Social Media and YouTube Channel Manager to help grow my online presence and reach a wider audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and YouTube channels, with a focus on organic growth strategies and engagement.
Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement across platforms, particularly focusing on YouTube and other social media channels. • Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with an active USA audience, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies. • Foster relationships with influencers and brands to secure sponsorships and collaborations that drive revenue. • Actively engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management to build a loyal following. • Research and stay updated on trends in social media and digital marketing to ensure cutting-edge strategies are employed. • Provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and revenue generation, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Requirements: • Proven experience managing social media accounts and YouTube channels, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and audience engagement techniques. • Excellent communication and writing skills. • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and YouTube analytics. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of ad revenue generation and brand sponsorships is a plus.
