We're Codewow, a company that helps tech businesses in Europe (11-100 employees) scale by providing skilled IT professionals (software developers, quality assurance, DevOps) who integrate with the client’s teams.
We're looking for an experienced cold caller to join our outreach efforts and help us connect with decision-makers like CEOs, CTOs, and IT Managers.
We’re running cold email campaigns to CTOs and IT Managers in Europe and want to add cold calling between email sequences. If a cold email goes unanswered (which most do), we’d call the lead 1–2 days later and try to engage them by phone.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call cold leads from our database and introduce Codewow’s services. - Skip gatekeepers and talk directly to decision-makers. - Engage them with a professional yet friendly approach, challenging their current IT setup and overcoming objections to outsourcing. - Qualify leads by assessing their hiring needs for developers and other IT roles. - Log call outcomes and lead statuses in our CRM. - Schedule follow-up calls and set meetings with qualified leads for our sales team.
WORK SETUP
- Before each call, you'll have full context on the lead, including their LinkedIn profile, company info, industry, and revenue, all in our CRM. - Calls will be made directly from our CRM, keeping a full history of email and call interactions. - We cover all call costs since they will be made from the phone within our CRM. - We prioritize quality conversations and appointments over sheer call volume, so we’re flexible on daily call hours. - We’ll test things for a week with a few candidates before selecting a long-term collaborator.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling, preferably in the tech industry. - Excellent communication skills with a confident, personable tone. - Ability to bypass gatekeepers and engage directly with decision-makers. - Strong objection-handling skills, especially regarding IT outsourcing. - Familiarity with CRMs - Native in English (additional European languages are a bonus).
