I want to create a landscape maintenance plan that our team can adapt depending to the site and proposals on the site, as often the management varies from site to site but based on specific variables. So for example, if the grassland is managed for ecology, this would be a different management to if it were for a childrens play space, and I would like this to self populate depending on what we enter as the items. it would be useful to talk to someone with a lot of experience in creating a schedule like this, and if there is a better way of dong it, I would be very interested. and i am open to using different programmes to do it too, whatever would be most user friendly. thanks eleanor
