Design: Use the concept of a 'playbook' as the main visual, possibly incorporating icons like hearts and thumbs up etc that convey the ideas of improvement and success. The title and subtitle should be large and easy to read.
The subject of the book is how to set up and run client feedback research for professional services firms. It’s about how to survey and interview people to understand their satisfaction with the service they receive as well as understand their needs and preferences.
The book contains 10 illustrations (one per chapter). Some examples are attached. The cover design does NOT need to match these, but I'm including them to give you a sense of the tone. One of the illustrations has a playbook visual.
The back cover will include mostly text, a photo of the author and the ISBN barcode.
