We are in need of a freelancer to support with doing the calculations from our floorplans.
This is around 15 mins work per floorplan. 2 to 3 floorplans a day, Monday to Thursday.
We will supply the floorplans via a magicplan link along with details of any extensions.
We will require a CSV or Google doc with the following details for each floor. Please note that there may be up to 4 extentions that require calculating on top of the main property.
We will need HEIGHT - taken from floorpan AREA - floor area HEAT Loss Perimeter PARTY WALL
We will explain on the plan every area.
We also need your calculations to be show on the Csv so we can see how you calculated things.
If you are interested in regular work them please let us know your experience and an amount per hour.
Experience in the energy sector or real estate in the UK is ideal.
