The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and developing stunning, user-friendly, and high-performing websites that align with brand identity and business goals. Responsibilities: Website Development: • Design and develop a custom WordPress website from scratch based on project requirements. • Implement a responsive and mobile-friendly design that looks great on all devices. • Develop custom WordPress themes and integrate necessary plugins. • Optimize website performance for faster load times and SEO best practices. • Ensure website security and regular updates post-launch. • Troubleshoot, debug, and fix website issues promptly. UI/UX Design: • Work with the team to create engaging and intuitive UI/UX that aligns with the brand identity. • Develop a clean and modern layout that enhances user experience. • Create custom visuals, tailored graphics, and design elements that reflect the brand’s identity and core values. • Integrate interactive elements such as buttons, forms, and animations for enhanced engagement. • Ensure easy navigation and intuitive flow to enhance the user journey. • Design a user-centered experience based on behavior analysis to maximize usability and accessibility. Content & Media Management: • Implement an easy-to-use dashboard for non-technical users to manage content efficiently. • Integrate multimedia elements like images, videos, and menus. • Ensure SEO-friendly content structures and metadata implementation. Custom Features & Integrations: • Develop and integrate custom plugins tailored to the restaurant’s needs. • Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools such as reservation systems, analytics, and social media feeds. • Implement security measures to protect against vulnerabilities. Project Management & Communication: • Provide regular progress updates and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Adhere to project milestones and deadlines for timely completion. Requirements: • Proven experience with WordPress development, theme customization, and plugin integration. • Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. • Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization. • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • A portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with custom WordPress plugins and integrations. • Knowledge of website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.). • Familiarity with restaurant websites, including menu display, reservation system integration, and event pages. • Ability to handle website maintenance and ongoing support post-launch.
