We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM specialist to configure and optimise our CRM for a multi-channel sales function. The scope covers the entire sales journey—from initial data categorisation and upload through to successful sale closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of Zoho CRM implementations and must be UK-based. Scope of Work: The project will include, but is not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Initial CRM Setup & Data Upload • Structuring and categorising prospect data • Uploading initial prospect data into Zoho CRM • Defining data fields, segmentation, and tagging for efficient lead management 2. Sales Process Design & Automation • Assist in the designing of a comprehensive sales process flow map, including: o Lead qualification criteria o Sales pipeline stages o Actions, triggers, and follow-ups o Flags and decision points • Automating workflow rules and notifications • Implementing task assignments and reminders for sales teams 3. Multi-Channel Communication Integration • SMS & WhatsApp API Integration: o Setting up automated and manual messaging workflows o Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations • Outlook Integration: o Email tracking, synchronisation, and logging o Calendar and meeting scheduling within Zoho CRM • VOIP API Integration: o Connecting VoIP system for call logging and tracking 3CX or 8X8 o Ensuring smooth call-to-lead functionality 4. Reporting & Analytics • Setting up custom dashboards for key sales metrics • Defining and implementing automated reporting for: o Sales performance o Lead conversion rates o Communication tracking and response times • Providing insights and recommendations based on CRM data 5. Training & Documentation • Training key team members on CRM usage and best practices • Providing user guides and process documentation Requirements: • Proven experience in Zoho CRM implementation & customisation • Demonstrable portfolio of past Zoho CRM projects (must provide examples) • Experience with multi-channel integrations (SMS, WhatsApp, Outlook, VOIP APIs) • Strong understanding of sales process design and automation • UK-based freelancer Next Steps: Interested applicants should submit: 1.
