Expected duration: 1 - 2 weeks We’re looking for an experienced UK-based Zoho CRM specialist to help us design and implement a multi-channel sales function. This will be a collaborative project, where we work together to create a streamlined, automated system that supports our sales team from initial lead capture through to conversion.
We have a clear vision of what we need but are also looking for your input and expertise to help shape the best possible solution. Your role will be to not only set up the CRM but to guide us through the best practices, workflows, and integrations that will make our sales process as efficient as possible.
What We’d Like to Achieve Together 1. Organising & Uploading Prospect Data Help us structure our existing prospect data and ensure it’s clean, categorised, and ready for use. Set up custom fields and segmentation to ensure leads are easy to manage and track. Provide recommendations for data hygiene and ongoing management best practices. 2. Mapping & Automating Our Sales Process Work with us to design a clear, efficient sales process, ensuring leads move smoothly from one stage to the next. Create automation rules to reduce manual admin work and ensure leads are followed up effectively. Implement notifications, flags, and task assignments so nothing slips through the cracks. 3. Integrating Multi-Channel Communication Ensure seamless SMS & WhatsApp integration, including API setup. Integrate Outlook for our sales team to track emails and appointments within Zoho CRM. Set up VOIP API integration so calls are logged automatically and linked to the right contacts. 4. Reporting & Performance Tracking Build custom dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics. Set up automated alerts and notifications to keep our team informed. Ensure pipeline visibility, so we can easily track deal progress and team performance. 5. Training & Handover Provide a simple guide to help our team understand and use the system effectively. Offer a walkthrough/training session to ensure a smooth transition. Be available for ongoing support as needed (we’d love to work with someone long-term if this project goes well!). Who We’re Looking for Someone with proven experience in Zoho CRM setup and automation. Strong knowledge of API integrations (SMS, WhatsApp, Outlook, VOIP). A collaborative approach – we want someone who can guide us and share best practices, not just implement a system. Experience in designing structured sales processes with automation. Must be UK-based (we’d love to have the option for a call or meeting if needed). Able to show us examples of previous Zoho CRM projects.
