I am currently looking an architectural consultant (architect, technologist or technician) professional who can support my business offering the following services in relation to private residential home extension projects.
- Drawing Surveys - Existing Plans
- Planning - developing the Surveys as required
- Building regulations - developing approved designs into details building regs drawings
I would typically expect projects to be on a fixed quote basis, when providing the survey drawings and a design brief, and your involvement might be required on some, or all of the stages depending on project.
