I am looking for a developer or development team to create an MCERTS Inspection Data Management System to streamline the process of recording and tracking effluent flow inspections and assisting with offsite reporting. The system should support CSV/Excel data uploads, scheduling, reporting, and photo management.
Project Requirements:
Phase 1: CSV/Excel-Based System Develop a database to store inspection-related data. Implement a web or desktop-based application for bulk data uploads. Create a UI for manual data entry and editing. Set up an automated scheduling system for reminders and alerts.
Phase 2: Web/Mobile Expansion Develop a web-based portal for real-time data tracking. Create a mobile-friendly interface for on-site data collection and uploads. Enable cloud integration for remote access and backup. Key Features: Upload/edit inspection data from Excel/CSV files. Store and manage site details (location, grid reference, instrument details, access requirements). Automated reminders for annual calibrations and 5-year MCERTS inspections. Inspection tracking, pass/fail status, and remedial works logging. Reporting dashboard with export options (Excel, PDF). Photo upload and compression for efficient storage. Role-based access control (Administrator, Inspector, Viewer).
Ideal Candidate: Experience in web and database development. Familiarity with inspection or field service management software. Ability to implement secure user authentication and access control. Knowledge of cloud storage and data management best practices.
