We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our business with social media management, email handling, research, and content creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining an active online presence, designing engaging posts, responding to inquiries, and conducting research to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Engagement & Community Building: Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers to boost brand awareness. Email Management: Respond to inquiries, filter emails, and follow up with clients or leads. Research & Data Collection: Conduct market research, gather insights, and provide summarized reports. Content & Graphic Design: Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design software to create visually appealing posts and marketing materials. Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, organizing files, and managing spreadsheets.
Requirements: Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role. Strong writing skills and ability to craft engaging social media content. Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
