Role & Responsibilities
Edit and repurpose podcast content into short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Enhance video clips with captions, transitions, effects, and engaging visuals
Collaborate with the team to select key moments from episodes for short-form content
Ensure all videos align with the podcast's branding and tone
Stay updated with current social media trends to maximize reach and engagement
What We’re Looking For
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools)
Strong sense of storytelling and pacing for engaging short-form content
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Passion for podcasting, social media, and digital content creation
