Bid Project Upload: Each new bid can be uploaded as a separate project, allowing the system to analyse and process it effectively.

Document Analysis: The system analyses all tender documents, understanding specifications, requirements, and all bid questions.
Question Breakdown: Each bid question is separated into its own box for easier management and review.
Automated Drafting:
Uses past answers, company information, and tender specifications to generate a first draft.
Matches new questions with previously answered ones to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Word/Character Count Compliance: Ensures answers adhere to the bid's word or character limits.
3. AI-Driven Scoring & Optimisation
Response Quality Scoring (1-100):
Evaluates responses based on:
