Title: Freelance Meta & LinkedIn Ads Specialist Contract Type: Part-time, 10-15 hours/week (Feb–July 2025) Budget: $1,000/month Responsibilities: • Develop and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on event registrations. • Create highly targeted ad audiences (writers, authors, creatives, literary professionals). • Monitor, A/B test, and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency. • Retarget site visitors and optimize lead-generation campaigns (e.g., offering a free guide in exchange for email sign-ups). • Work with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across paid and organic content. • Provide weekly performance reports and recommend improvements. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads. • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, retargeting, and event promotion. • Experience with low-budget, high-impact ad strategies. • Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). • Bonus: Experience with email lead generation tactics.
