I'm looking for an experienced commercial interior designer to refine the layout of a current optometry shop into a new shop. The selected candidate must provide references demonstrating proficiency in designing optical or similar small retail spaces.
Project Overview:
Objective: Polish an existing floorplan for an existing shop into architectural drawings and renderings that showcase a functional design ready for contractors for a new shop
Starting Point: You'll work from the current shop's plans and a detailed video, refining the existing concept rather than starting from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed floorplans, elevations, and 3D visualizations based on the provided materials.
Optimize key elements such as exam room placement, retail displays, reception counter, storage areas, and more.
Address considerations like accessibility, workflow, and aesthetic appeal.
Provide digital renderings from multiple angles to demonstrate how the space will feel and function in practice.
Requirements:
Experience: Proven track record in designing optical or small retail spaces.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with any designing software like sketchup or Cad
Attention to Detail: Ability to transform existing plans into a sophisticated yet realistic proposal ready for construction.
Communication: Clear and organized architectural drawings supplemented by realistic 3D models.
Presentation: Deliver well-organized and visually appealing renderings and drawings that provide contractors with all the information necessary to carry out the vision. Summary : I have a current shop that have an amateur design that been done by myself , now i just bought a new shop and want the same design to be implemented into the new shop , in a better and more professional manner , is that ok with you ? attached is the design for the existing shop and a file for the new shop. i would prefer a full set of architectural drawings, including construction details, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, material specifications, and all necessary documentation to guide the contractor through the installation process.
