The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and scaling successful Facebook ad campaigns that drive measurable results. This role requires a deep understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, ad creative best practices, and data-driven optimization strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
**Campaign Strategy & Planning:** - Develop and execute comprehensive Facebook ad strategies aligned with business goals (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness). - Conduct audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and behaviors. Plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
**Ad Creation & Management:** - Design, set up, and launch Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, and targeting. - Create A/B tests to optimize ad performance (e.g., headlines, images, CTAs). - Monitor and manage campaigns daily to ensure they are performing efficiently.
**Performance Optimization:** - Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights. - Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions to improve results. - Adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to maximize performance.
**Reporting & Analysis:** - Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. - Track and measure key KPIs to ensure campaigns meet objectives. - Use Facebook Pixel and other tracking tools to monitor conversions and attribution.
**Collaboration & Communication:** - Work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook ad strategies with overall marketing goals. - Communicate campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders. - Stay updated on Facebook Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
**Requirements** - Proven experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with a portfolio of successful case studies. - Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Pixel. - Proficiency in audience targeting, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences. - Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. - Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals (or collaborate with designers). - Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Familiarity with other digital marketing channels (e.g., Instagram Ads, Google Ads) is a plus. - Excellent communication and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.**Compensation:** Competitive rates based on experience and project scope.
