I am looking for a skilled Google Looker Studio expert to create a custom Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard to track and visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for my Online Yoga & Pilates Lesson Planner and Card Deck business. My current tracking method is an outdated Excel spreadsheet, and I want a more automated, live-data-driven solution. The BI dashboard should integrate with WordPress (WP eMember membership plugin), WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools while providing clear insights into my business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a Google Looker Studio dashboard that connects to live data sources, eliminating manual data entry.
Integrate with WordPress (WP eMember for membership data), WooCommerce (online shop data), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Track SaaS metrics such as:
New members Cancellations Renewals Churn rate Lifetime value (LTV) per member Active members Membership growth trends Gross and net income
Track website performance, including:
Live blog post list with keywords used Traffic per blog post Last updated date for each post
Track WooCommerce KPIs such as:
Total sales Income Conversion rates Top-performing products
Automate membership renewal reminders (sent 7 days before renewal date) using Google Sheets + Zapier or other automation tools.
Provide a section for logging business activities (e.g., blog updates, plugin installations, marketing actions, etc.).
Generate visual reports and bar charts showing the frequency of business activities.
Additional KPIs & Automation Ideas:
SEO Performance Tracking: Connect to Google Search Console to monitor keyword rankings and traffic sources.
Content Engagement Metrics: Measure time spent on blog pages and conversion rates from blog posts.
Email Marketing Integration: Track email open rates and conversion rates from email campaigns.
Customer Support Metrics: Track response time and number of support requests.
Automation Ideas:
Auto-generate reports on key metrics weekly/monthly in Looker Studio.
Send automated Slack/email notifications for significant KPI changes.
Implement AI-driven recommendations for content updates based on traffic patterns.
Automate data syncing from WP eMember, WooCommerce, and Google Analytics into Google Sheets for smoother Looker Studio integration.
Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience using Google Looker Studio to create custom dashboards.
Strong knowledge of WordPress, WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data visualization.
Ability to set up API connections and automation with tools like Zapier, Google Apps Script, or Make (Integromat).
Prior experience working with small businesses or SaaS-based platforms.
Ability to develop cost-effective solutions that fit within a small business budget.
Budget & Timeline:
As a small business owner, I have a limited budget, so I am looking for an affordable solution.
Open to suggestions on using other BI tools with custom integration vs. building a solution from scratch.
