Description:	Looking to create a draw video that will help market a financial service to solicitors, estate managers and executors of Wills. To help the creator better understand the process we will provide the designer with a detailed description of the of what is involved in the probate process, culminating in our financial solution. Read the text carefully to get an understanding of the difficulties associated with probate. (Probate is a legal process that takes place after a death) If there is a will then there will be executors and it is their job to administer the estate according to the deceased persons wishes.If there is no will, then a different procedure needs to follow. The dichotomy occurs where inheritance tax or other expenses are levied on the estate. In essence probate will only be granted after the expenses and the inheritance tax are paid. This is usually 6 months after a death. The dilemma arises where the executors are unable to pay the taxes or settle the estate debts. This is where we come in. We can provide the funds that enable the executors to discharge their duties. There is no charge to the executors, as the funds are repaid when the estate is sold or liquidated. Up to 50% of the value of the estate can be released in a matter of weeks and the beneficiaries have access to some of their much needed inheritance. A win win situation for all.
