We are looking for someone to develop a bespoke app/ software to manage the activities of our company. We look after and maintain machines in factories. We would like clients to be able to scan machines using a barcode/qr code or similar, and then report issues with the machines. We would then like the issues to follow an internal process of quoting, scheduling, assigning projects, carryout the work, uploading documents and photos and then creating a history for each machine which is accessible in-house and by clients. We have staff members who will be assigned the task, receive the task sheet, complete the task and upload evidence/ notes. Each machine will need to have a file of documents and uploads by either client, staff or admin. Admins will need to assign tasks, quote and invoice, see all history by factory, client, machine, staff member. An internal messaging system and client portal will be needed. We would also like to be able to track time and costs to each task. We also have routine servicing which will need to be scheduled with auto emails sent to clients. This all needs to be created for use on an Android tablet and desktop. There is likely to be an ongoing relationship. We will need this to look professional and fit with our branding. Job Logic is similar to what we are after. Our budget is not set as we are unsure of the cost of developing such an app
