Expected duration: Ongoing We are Enfield Borough Academy and we provide a high-level football programme for students alongside their college studies.
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to attend open days at various college sites across North and Central London and engage directly with students to promote and convert them into signing up for our football programme.
Responsibilities: - Attend college open days and interact with students. - Follow a structured sales script (provided) to explain the benefits of joining the Enfield Borough Academy football programme. - Answer questions and help students understand how the programme works. - Track and report the number of students interested and converted.
Requirements: - Strong sales experience, ideally in education, sports, or student recruitment. - Comfortable speaking to groups of students and handling objections. - Professional and engaging personality to connect with young people. - Must be available for in-person sales at designated college locations. - Ability to track progress and report on student interest and sign-ups.
