Need to sign my Windows .exe with EV Certificate (remove SmartScreen warning).
We have a Windows application (.exe) which triggers SmartScreen warning ("Unknown Publisher") when our users run it on Windows 10/11. We need the .exe to be signed with an Extended Validation (EV) Code Signing Certificate to remove these warnings and build trust with our customers.
We do not have an EV certificate ourselves. We are looking for a freelancer who already has a valid EV certificate (GlobalSign, DigiCert, Sectigo, etc.) and can sign our .exe on our behalf. The main goal is to ensure that when users run the application, they do not see "Unknown Publisher" or any SmartScreen block.
We only have one .exe for now (about 25 MB). If the result is good, we may consider future signings. We prefer a quick turnaround (1-2 days if possible).
Please apply only if you have direct experience signing .exe files with an EV certificate and can demonstrate previous successful signings that removed SmartScreen warnings. We look forward to working with you!
