We’re looking for a skilled ads designer to create high-converting image and video ads for FocusMe, a productivity software.
What You’ll Do: Design 5 image ad variations, using the same core design but adapting headlines for different marketing angles. Create 5 video ad variations, where the main content remains the same, but the first 2-3 seconds (hook) change to match each marketing angle. Ensure the creatives effectively highlight the product’s features, benefits, and user testimonials.
What We’re Looking For: Experience designing ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Strong portfolio of high-performing image and video ads. Ability to adapt designs for different marketing angles while keeping them visually engaging. Experience working with UGC-style video ads is a plus.
Resources & Guidelines: We have detailed creative strategy documents, customer testimonials, and survey results to guide your work. Full access to resources will be provided upon hiring.
